Booking Terms
Innovation Auto requires a minimum upfront deposit of 50% in order to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance due on the invoice can be settled via EFT or card payment once the work is complete. Please note that we do not accept cash payments. Should you need to cancel your booking, this must communicated with Innovation Auto at least one hour prior to the agreed booking time. In the event where no cancellation has been communicated, the booking will automatically be cancelled one hour post the initial booking time. Innovation Auto will contact you to reschedule or refund your deposit. Innovation Auto will issue a callout fee for Mobile detailing jobs, should the cancellation not be communicated and our mobile unit arrives on site at the agreed upon time.
